Returns and Warranty Policy
To submit a claim for warranty, please contact us with your company name, referenced purchase and sales orders, defective product part and serial number (if applicable), quantity, and reason for return. A representative will then get back to you promptly with an RMA and return instructions. We will then evaluate the return and provide a quote for repair if not deemed defective.
